英語國際天主教牧靈團體（南崁）
2021 年 2 月 14 日，南崁耶穌聖心聖母堂的英語國際天主教牧靈團體（ICPC）進行了新一輪人事選舉。選舉結果由Christian Beato當選主席、Valenzuela為副主席、Anna Tan為司庫、Gisella dela Cruz為秘書。新竹教區負責移民牧靈事務的阮文雄神父在選舉後主禮英語彌撒，正式派遣他們擔任職務。
南崁耶穌聖心堂的國際天主教牧靈團體擁有50名志工，一般教友則約有 150至200 人，其中以菲律賓人佔大多數。團體中設有各司其責的職務：祭台服務員、非常務送聖體員、讀經員／釋經員、聖詠團、收獻儀員／迎賓員及聖母軍。每個職務都有定期小組會議進行持續培育，並在每個月的第四個主日舉行一次全體會議。
團體的目標基本上是關懷移工及移民家庭，為他們提供和好、彌撒、聖洗、堅振等聖事的服務，以及婚前輔導、靈修陪伴與初領聖體者的教理問答課程。團體還為每個人舉辦可以視其需求參加的活動，例如避靜和朝聖、戶外活動、教育參訪、聖母玫瑰月和五月聖母月敬禮活動、節日／生日慶祝活動、九日敬禮、聖誕節和復活節聚會等。團體也有虔敬的祈禱活動，例如週三的萬應聖母敬禮、首瞻禮六的彌撒與明供聖體，以及週六的家訪祈禱聚會。
團體成員在本堂司鐸方濟會士何正言神父的指導下，參與堂區定期牧靈會議。另一方面，耶穌善牧修女會的沈琪琪修女則代表出席教區的家期牧靈工作協調會議。
儘管受新冠肺炎疫情全球大流行的危機影響，英語國際天主教牧靈團體仍堅持信念續向前行。經歷了諸多考驗後，仍持續工作，繼續幫助和照顧教區中的移民和移工家庭。「因為我深信：無論是死亡，是生活，是天使，是掌權者，是現存的或將來的事物，是有權能者，是崇高或深遠的勢力，或其他任何受造之物，都不能使我們與天主的愛相隔絕，即是與我們的主基督耶穌之內的愛相隔絕。（羅八38-39）

English International Catholic Pastoral Community (ICPC), Nankan
The English International Catholic Pastoral Community (ICPC) of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary Parish (SHJMP-Nankan) 耶穌聖母聖心堂 (南崁) had the election of new officers last February 14, 2021. Christian Beato was elected President, Richter Valenzuela as Vice President, Anna Tan as Treasurer and Gisella dela Cruz as Secretary. Soon after the election, they were commissioned as new officers during one of the English Masses officiated by Rev. Fr. Peter Van Hung, Migrants Chaplain of Hsinchu Diocese.
The ICPC of the SHJM-Nankan has fifty volunteer staff from around 150 to 200 regular parishioners and majority of them are Filipinos. There are different ministries existing in the community: Altar Servers, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Lectors/Commentators, Choir, Collectors/Usherettes and OLM/Marian Group. Each ministry has their own scheduled group meeting for their ongoing formation and a general assembly for the whole community every fourth Sunday of the month.
Basically, the objective of the community is to welcome the migrants workers and immigrant families, make the sacraments available to them like Confession and Mass, Baptism and Confirmation, Pre-Cana, spiritual accompaniment and catechism classes for first communicants. They also have organized activities where everyone can participate depending on the occasion like Recollection & Pilgrimage, Outdoor activities, Educational Tour, Rosary Month & May Flower Celebrations, Feast/Birthday Celebrations, “Simbang Gabi”, Christmas & Easter Get-together and many others. They also have Devotional Prayer Activities like Mass & Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help on Wednesday and First Friday Mass & Adoration, as well as, “Lakbay Birhen” on Saturdays.
The officers attend regular meetings of the Parish Pastoral Council of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary Parish under the supervision of Rev. Fr. Peter Ho, OFM, Parish Priest. On the other hand, Sr. Cecilia F. Santiago, SJBP, attends the regular meeting of the Pastoral Coordinators in the Diocese.
The English ICPC is continuously moving on and holding on to the faith in spite of the global crisis brought by covid19 pandemic. We will continue to persevere despite many trials so that we can continue to help and care for the migrants and immigrant families in our parish. “For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Rom. 8:38-39)
